Tonight I got to make the "Best Chocolate Sheet Cake. Ever", a recipe off the Pioneer Woman Cooks website. Let me tell you, it was delish! Tyler was a great help- he helped me mix and kept me on top of what I was doing. Best of all, he helped me clean up....
Of course that meant I had to clean him up when he was done!

Isn't that cake THEEEEE BEST?!?!?! We LOOOOOOOOVE it!! She's got some real big winners of recipes on her site. The pot roast is yummy, too and so is the Penne ala Betsy! Probably doesn't hurt that she cooks with real butter. OMG, tho...it tastes SOO good!

Thanks for the suggestion! One of Joel's favorite desserts is Texas Sheet Cake, but I've never made it in all of the years we've been together. I think I'll surprise him on his b-day in a few weeks. :) I love the picture of Tyler--it looks like he approved as well!
