Goodbye, Grandma and Grandpa!

Today we had to take my Grandma and Grandpa Perry to the airport so they could go home. On the way there, I fell asleep, I was such a sleepyhead! When we got there, I could not wake up and I did not get to say goodbye to my Grandma and Grandpa. I know they gave me kisses goodbye! On the way back home, I told my mommy that I was sad because I missed saying goodbye. She told me that we would write this post and that they will read it. So here goes!

Goodbye Grandma and Grandpa! I had a wonderful week with you and I hope you had
fun, too. Please come again soon to my house and I will try to come again to yours real soon! Thank you for all my presents, thank you for reading to me, Grandma, and thank you for the Bagel Bites for breakfast, Grandpa! I miss you guys a lot and we will talk soon! XXXXXXOOOOOOO

Santa Just Keeps Coming......

Today I went with Grandpa Perry and daddy to the hockey store. Grandpa and daddy said that we had to buy me new skates and we did! I look so good in them and they are going to make me skate super fast and score lots of goals! Before we did that though, we went to my FAVORITE place, DUNKIN DONUTS! They have chocolate doughnuts with M&M's on them that are my favorite! What a great morning!
I am working on my Abercrombie poses, mommy said that will pay off if hockey doesn't!

PS-- Mommy made the Cake!

Mommy made Baby Jesus the Cars cake! It was delicious! She did a wonderful job and on Christmas night, we put 3 blue candles in it and sang "Happy Birthday" to Baby Jesus. She had all of my guys around the track, watching the Piston Cup race. It was really cool! We almost forgot to eat the cake! Everyone was stuffed from dinner, but my mommy remembered right before I went to bed and thank goodness she did, otherwise Baby Jesus would have a cake for his birthday!

Here is a picture of the cake-- all of my Cars friends are there watching the Piston Cup race on the "dirt" track!
Here I am blowing out the candles-- I picked out blue because that is what Baby Jesus would have liked!

SANTA CAME!

I was such a good boy this year that Santa came to my house and brought me lots of toys. I really like Christmas! I went to church last night and saw Baby Jesus in the manger. I also put out cookies and milk for Santa. I poured some of the milk on the plate so Santa could dip his cookies. Then, when I woke up, the cookies were GONE and Santa left me a note. And there were lots of gifts! I got new cars, including a green one and a pink one like I asked Santa for! It was great! My mommy and daddy had gifts from Santa, too. My daddy got a new hockey jersey that is framed and mommy got new sparkly earings. I hope you all had a good Christmas, too. I need to go and play with all my toys now!
WOW! Morphing Power Rangers!

How did Santa know? I needed new hockey nets for my rink in the basement! These even have a top shelf for my water bottle! Cool!
Here I am in front of one of my new nets with a new stick. Santa also brought me the cool Lightning McQueen Jersey that I am wearing.
Here I am with mommy and daddy in front of the tree. What a great surprise Christmas! Maybe we will get dressed this afternoon....
I am just plumb pooped. Mommy put the Jungle Book on for me in the kitchen. I also played with my new Leapster game and ate some of the M&M's from my stocking. Mommy keeps asking me if I need a nap. I wonder why?

Genovese Look-alike Meter

I am not sure that I agree with this but after seeing the results of all my other friends, I think this website is being polite to all of its users! I am under the impression that Tyler looks 95% like Frank when he wears underwear on his head!

Bright Nights and Santa!

Tonight mommy, daddy, and I all went to Forest Park and the Bright Nights Lights Display. I also got to visit with Santa Claus! Mommy and daddy told me that he was not going to give me any toys tonight because he was just taking orders and his Elves were busy making them! I made sure that I told Santa I wanted a pink car and a green car like Chick. I was such a big boy this year that I could sit on Santa's lap all by myself! It was so much fun! The lights were really neat. There were dinosaurs and skaters and a little village. I even saw Baby Jesus! I got to ride in front on mommy's lap and daddy let me drive the car! With all the snow on the ground it was really neat. I can't wait to go back next year!

Here I am with Santa Claus. He was really nice!
Mommy and I stood in all the snow outside of Santa's village to take a picture together.
Watch out world, here I come! Man your bumpers!

I'm Dreaming of a White Christmas.....

WINTER IS HERE!!!!!!!!!!! Today is has been snowing all day long! My daddy didn't have school, my mommy said that people around here need to stay home or learn to drive, and I played with snow in the sink! I can't wait for it to stop snowing so I can go outside and play! Here are some pictures that mommy took of me playing in the sink with the snow. We even built a mini snowman! We tasted the snow, but it tasted funny. My mommy said that it tasted like soap because of the sink. So far, we have about 8 inches and the weatherman says a few more hours of this!

Here I am at the sink.... My fingers are toasty warm!

My GREAT idea!

On the way to school this morning, my mommy and I were talking about Baby Jesus and his birthday. Katie and Ellie told me that we have Christmas because it is Baby Jesus's birthday. I asked mommy if we could make Baby Jesus a Cars birthday cake, just like the one I had at my party. She said that would be a great idea!

This is a picture of my cake from my birthday in October.

Shhhhh, Santa is Watching!

This morning we decorated our Christmas tree. I helped. The branch I decorated is beautiful! I can't wait until Christmas, I wish it was tomorrow! Daddy found us some Christmas music to listen to and we had a really good time! I hope I get to see Santa real soon and tell him how good I have been! I got to hang the first ornament on the tree! My mommy said that it was a very special one!

Mommy took this picture of daddy and I in our Islander santa hats.

A Boy of Many Hats!

Daddy went to the Islanders-Bruins game on Saturday night with Papa and Uncle Jim. Look what he brought home for me! Thanks, Daddy!

I am NEVER taking this hat off! This may be better than my Yankee hat!
Hamming in up with the cousins.

Christmas is coming!

On Friday night, Uncle Jim had his annual house lighting ceremony. Daddy took a picture of mommy and I. It was really cold outside and we could not wait to go in! It was really neat looking at the lights. I wonder what Uncle Jim is going to add to his display next year?

Ahhhhh, the Tryptophan.....

Mommy thought it would be really funny to snap this picture on Thanksgiving night. Thanks, Aunt Laurette and Uncle Jim for having such nice carpet. Mommy said that she put me back on the air mattress and I was so tired I never woke! She's said in the morning she wished she could bottle the stuff up, because she would be a millionaire!

First Snowfall

Last Tuesday we had our first snowfall of the year. I was sooooo excited! Mommy made sure to snap a picture of me before it melted. She said that she was glad it would not last, the leaves are still waiting to be picked up. I asked daddy if he would let me ride on the tracker with him when he vacuums up the leaves, but he said it was too dangerous. He did say that he will make sure that the tractor works good for me when I get to do it all on my own. I can't wait!

Chief Hockey Player

Today at school I made an Indian headpiece. Katie and Ellie said my name is "Chief Hockey Player." I wore it during dinner tonight while I ate my fries and grilled cheese. Do you think they had grilled cheese at the first Thanksgiving? Tomorrow it is off to New York to visit Conor and Skylar. I have not seen them in a long time! I can't wait! Happy Thanksgiving!

Ready, Set, Bowl!

Today I went bowling with my mommy, my friend Olivia, and her mommy, Elaine. We had a lot of fun! When we got there it was disco bowling. There were lots of lights, music, and everything was glowing the dark. Mommy remembered how she used to go "Lunar Bowling" in college with her friends. I bowled really good with the big heavy ball. Next time we go back I want my daddy to come with us. (Maybe I will have a career with the PBA!)

Olivia and I are waiting very patiently for our turns!
Here I am watching my ball to see how many pins I hit this time! Check out my cool shoes!

Watch out David Beckham!

Shoot, Score!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I had my first soccer practice today. I learned how to dribble the ball, hit it with my head, and how to shoot. I scored a bunch of times! I also got to play in the goal. My mommy and daddy told me that I had to listen to what my coaches said and I made sure that I had my eyes on them at all times. I can't wait for next week to see what I will learn then. I have to go now and take my nap, all that running around made me pooped!

It's Never to Early to Start!

For my birthday, my (girl)friend, Olivia, got me my first shaving kit. I use it every night in the tub. My daddy told me that it is never too early to start shaving, the girls love a man with a close shave.... I hope that proves true!

Happy Fall!

I have gotten to do a lot of things this season. At school I learned that it is Fall because the leaves fall off the trees and the temperature drops. I went apple picking, pumpkin picking and on a hay ride when we went to Eagle Lake in Pennsylvania. I always have a lot of fun there with my cousins, Conor and Skylar. I also went to my neighborhood Halloween Party. There were a lot of big kids. My mommy made me a pile of leaves so that I could play in them. Maybe this weekend my daddy will have to pick them all up. What a mess!

Go Packers!

I got to dress up in my football outfit yesterday. My mommy said that daddy's friends were coming to cheer on the Patriots. She said that I didn't have any Colts stuff to wear but my Green Bay shirt would be just fine. It must have brought them good luck because the Packers won their game. Mommy wasn't very happy that Indianapolis lost but she said they will beat New England when it really matters in January.

Halloween is coming! ROAR!

This weekend my mommy and I went out and found me a Halloween costume. She said the Power Ranger costumes were too big and maybe next year I could be one. I picked out a dinosuar costume instead. I have been practicing my ROAR all week long and by Halloween, I will be the biggest dinosaur on the block!
